A horrible experience. This isn’t a hotel, and you have to share the kitchen and bathroom with other guests and the owners. The owners were very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The hallway smelled awful, and you could hear everything through the walls.

The room itself was very nice, but the owner was quite unfriendly, with no thank you or goodbye. The bedsheets weren’t clean. It’s on the fourth floor and there’s no elevator, so it won’t suit everyone. There’s only one bathroom, which can be stressful, and it’s extremely noisy. The area feels particularly creepy in the evenings.

The guest room was good quality, and the location and amenities were good too. Just keep in mind that the bathroom is shared. Hansaplatz gets very crowded with partygoers and homeless people in the evenings. As a woman staying alone, I might feel a bit uneasy there. That said, it felt safe, with a strong police presence keeping order.

Just awful, I can’t find the words. We booked two nights, but left for another hotel the next day. It should be a warning sign.

Nice, peaceful, and clean, but the bed was really bad.
