The view from the 20th floor was beautiful, truly the best, and the location was great. My room was clean and beautiful too. The front desk clerk was okay. The bed and pillows were hard and much too soft, respectively. There was no coffee in the room.

The prices felt very high for the service, the stay, and the location. I think I overpaid, and I even got sick. The hotel is new and nice, close to the port and repe 😂, but the staff don’t speak English and the bar menu is in German. I wouldn’t recommend it in winter: the room temperature maxes out at 22 and couldn’t be raised. It was miserable in the cold. There were no coffee sets in the rooms either.

The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to get me settled in my room. And the Skyline Bar 20up? I had no idea there was such a classy place. Looking forward to coming back in May... 😋

I went to the hotel for drinks with friends. The atmosphere was nice and there were comfortable sofas. The only downside was ordering: we couldn’t really get what we wanted because the waiter didn’t understand us.

The skyview room couldn’t have been more perfect, with awesome views over the city and harbor. Having a bath while looking out at that view was a pleasure. The service seems great, though I only stayed one night. The cocktail bar also has a beautiful view and seems very nice.
