The people are very nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean. But the layout makes little sense, with the rooms split into two sides, and they’re very small. The beds are too soft and uncomfortable, and the setup doesn’t suit couples or families. The elevator is inconvenient to use, and it doesn’t reach the fourth floor, so you have to walk up from the third.

Good value for the location. The rooms differ from one another, so there isn’t much to say about them generally. Mine had a good size, WiFi, bed, shower, and desk. Noise and blackout curtains were okay, as was breakfast, whether small or large. Staff were friendly. There’s small private parking at the back, and no elevator to the fourth floor.

The best part of the hotel is its very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and the price is fair. Its location is also ideal, just three minutes from Altona's bus, metro and train Station.

It’s a nice hotel, not too far from the center of town. I was worried the railway station beside it would be noisy, but it didn’t disturb me overnight. Staff spoke English, so communication was easy.
