10/10
Even with the bars area not far away, the hotel was quiet, and it was super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the friendly staff were happy to answer questions. Breakfast exceeded what I expected for the price: a buffet with good coffee, several kinds of sausages, jam, cheese, cereals, yogurt, fresh food, juices, and more. I'll definitely come back.

We would have preferred separate beds, and morning light filled the room. Apart from that, it was charming and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was really good quality, even if the variety wasn't huge. We strongly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's fantastic value in an excellent location, and I'd definitely stay again. When there's a football match, the streets fill with supporters and can feel a bit intimidating, but everyone is very friendly. Jolly Roger next door is worth a visit!

There was no WiFi in my room, only in the lobby, which was inconvenient. The rooms were plain but clean, and for the price the place is adequate, with most worthwhile Hamburg destinations close enough.

The rooms are modern, nice, and clean, and breakfast was good. It's good value, though there are four floors and no lift. There also isn't an in-house phone for contacting reception.
