Mable, the General Manager, made my stay fantastic. She was friendly and helpful throughout, and I’d especially recommend ipartment to anyone new to Hamburg. I spent several months there in 2020/2021, staying in both the XS and S apartments. The apartments are on a private top floor of a hotel, which helped me feel safe, and the furnishings and amenities are quite nice. The hotel lobby is pleasant for a drink or meal, too. The XS unit is about the size of a college dorm room, but its clever layout works for one person.

The view toward the old town was very nice, and the HafenCity location is excellent. I stayed six weeks in the XS apartment. It is small, but furnished so smartly that it never felt cramped. Check-in and checkout were efficient, and Ms. Mable Schulte handled all my requests quickly and with a smile. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

The on-site operations manager at the Hamburg property was great and really helpful. I stayed at Ipartment for more than a month. It’s in a very good location and an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Nadja deserves a special thank you. She was consistently warm, professional, and helpful, answered questions promptly, and made me feel welcome. The apartment was clean and well kept when I arrived, with modern furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere from the start. The HafenCity setting is a real plus. Speicherstadt (Warehouse District), the Elbphilharmonie, plenty of restaurants, and good public transport are all easy to reach on foot or nearby. I had a very pleasant stay at ipartment Hamburg HafenCity and would happily return when I’m next in Hamburg.
