Getting around is very convenient from this new hotel, just one stop from the main train station. The apartments and rooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and check-in was straightforward. Reception is only staffed at certain times, so immediate help can sometimes be difficult to get. Check-in timing is strict: the digital kiosk only lets you check in at exactly 3:00 PM, not earlier.

We had a pleasant stay in this nice hotel close to the Ubahn station. The room was tidy and clean, and all the amenities worked well except the heater in the room and the one in the bathroom. Self check-in and check-out were easy.

I booked a room from December 2 (today) through December 5, but I’ve been stuck in the entrance hall for almost two hours. There’s nobody available, only self check-in. The process accepts my details, then says no room has been assigned to me. I’ve tried calling, but only AI agents answer. I emailed too, and nobody has replied.

The apartment is new and nice, and the price was very good. But there was no service at all. My emails asking for something were never answered, and there was nowhere to store luggage.

Everything was perfect apart from the luggage room fee. It cost around 20€ before check-in and after check-out, and there aren’t any guest toilets either.
