The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, and the staff are lovely and friendly. I’ve had a wonderful stay every time, and the price is fair. The lobby has orange-ginger water and free popcorn in the evenings, with disco balls lit up at night. The rooms feel cozy and stylish, full of books and charming decorations. There’s free water, cola and Nespresso, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, with two thick pillows per person. In winter they even provide thick blankets and a feather mattress pad. I feel more pampered here than at home. Can’t recommend it enough!

The lobby bar and restaurant are comfortable, and the small rooms have a setup similar to Moxy or H2. The problem was getting food. The adjoining restaurant was open but fully booked, so the lounge wouldn’t serve food either, even though a menu board beside my chair said it was available. I hope the hotel makes sure hungry guests can get food in the lounge.

The location beside the train station made getting around Hannover easy, and there are historic monuments nearby. It was quiet, and breakfast was decent, but the price was very high. The room was well maintained but a letdown, as my friend put it, super small. It had a queen bed and a washbasin in the middle of the room, and that was about it. No chair!

Pleasant stay with friendly staff who speak English. The room was clean, and getting an Uber to or from the train station was easy. Room #522 was a bit small and could use more lighting. The layout is peculiar, with the sink in the bedroom area and glass doors on the toilet and shower. There are stairs at the entrance, which might be a bit much for some travelers.
