The location worked really well: close enough to walk to the center, but far enough away to sleep with little noise. I was there on business, and everything felt ready, efficient and accessible. My room was spacious and clean, with a useful kitchenette. The large, tidy bathroom had plenty of room for my toiletries and makeup, plus great lighting for getting ready in the morning. Staff weren't there when I arrived, but the system for getting a key and entering the building was very easy. I met them at breakfast, and they were kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We spent three nights here and had a very good stay. The best part was how thoughtful the staff were. I'm used to a soft mattress, so they added a topper and brought extra pillows, which made all the difference. Thank you! Our room was lovely and well equipped, with extra chairs, a desk, a lounge chair, a fridge and a kettle. Breakfast had lots of variety, including several organic items. The public areas were beautiful, comfortable and well cared for. Wholeheartedly recommend.

The rooms can vary in size and quality, even when guests pay the same rate, which was disappointing. Still, Exzellenz Hotel really lives up to its name and is worth recommending. My room was spacious, excellently equipped and beautifully decorated, and it felt like home even though I was far from home. The price was very reasonable for what you get, and guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, juice and other drinks. I liked relaxing in the laid-back lobby.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread each morning was really good. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main strip, in a much quieter area. We had an amazing stay, and they were very accommodating with our large group. Highly recommend.

The room and facilities were great, and breakfast was decent, enough to get the day started. What really stood out was the kindness of the hospitality team. We didn't have a wine opener, and the girl at the front desk tried hard to help. It was a little time sensitive, so I started walking to a store to buy one. When I was maybe two blocks away, I heard her running after me to say she'd found one. It may sound silly, but I felt so cared for.
