Getting in and checking out were both easy, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were good, and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was broken while we were there, though, and the room got very hot even with the fan they provided. It’s a good hotel in Heidelberg, a little outside the city but well connected, with shops and markets nearby.

A lovely little hotel in a peaceful, picturesque setting. There’s no breakfast service, but the price is affordable and the stay was good quality, so it felt like great value. I had a wonderful time and would recommend it for a quiet, budget-friendly getaway.

We chose this place because we didn’t want to drive into central Heidelberg. It’s on an industrial estate, and tram 23 took us straight into town. The room was bright and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. There was just a fan, though, and it was really hot while we were there, so air conditioning would have been very welcome.

The hotel was tidy and clean, and they had a water cooker, coffee and tea. But we arrived close to midnight and found only one motor at the hotel parking area. It was dark and scary, and I could hardly sleep the whole night. Maybe you wouldn’t run into this situation on working days or during high season.

The owners were really kind and helped us when my husband’s suitcase went missing. We stayed here last night, and the room was nice with plenty of storage. It’s a short tram ride into Heidelberg and great value for money.
