The breakfasts were tasty and had a nice range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. My room was roomy and clean, with a pleasant view, and I found the reception staff consistently friendly and helpful. Having printed information such as bus schedules available was useful too. ISG Hotel met my expectations, and I’d happily stay again.

The beer garden has a good kitchen, and the place was spotless throughout. It’s peaceful for a quick stop in Heidelberg, while still being very close to motorway access. The staff were great. I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was great, and the location worked well for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff friendly. If I come to Heidelberg again, I’d pick this hotel again. I’d happily recommend it.

I only needed a place to sleep for a night while driving, so the understated focus on function and Bauhaus art was a pleasant surprise. It’s clean and well kept, and I slept wonderfully.

The staff were great and I liked the hotel a lot. The food could be better.
