Getting our son’s teddy bear back after he left it behind really showed the level of care here. The staff shipped it to us, which meant a lot. We stayed with our two toddlers, and they had plenty of room to play in our spacious, clean, cozy room. It stayed warm despite the freezing weather, the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were changed daily, and there was a fridge and a great coffee machine. We were right next to the lift but heard nothing from it. Breakfast was hearty and had lots to choose from: fruit, vegetables, cheeses, cold items, fresh bread, yogurt, waffles, plus different coffees and egg options on request. The location worked perfectly for us. We parked once and walked to the shopping street and Heidelberg Altstadt, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Service was kind and attentive whenever we needed help, from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended for families with young children.
