Getting our son’s teddy bear back after he left it behind really showed the level of care here. The staff shipped it to us, which meant a lot. We stayed with our two toddlers, and they had plenty of room to play in our spacious, clean, cozy room. It stayed warm despite the freezing weather, the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were changed daily, and there was a fridge and a great coffee machine. We were right next to the lift but heard nothing from it. Breakfast was hearty and had lots to choose from: fruit, vegetables, cheeses, cold items, fresh bread, yogurt, waffles, plus different coffees and egg options on request. The location worked perfectly for us. We parked once and walked to the shopping street and Heidelberg Altstadt, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Service was kind and attentive whenever we needed help, from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended for families with young children.

That little coffee stand by the entrance was such a nice touch, we could grab a cup before heading out to explore the city. The rooms, breakfast, and staff were all excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Amazing hotel, highly recommend! ❤️😍❤️

The river view is beautiful, and the hotel is right in the center with excellent bus and tram connections. There’s a separate section at breakfast for vegan and vegetarian food. Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff and great service.

I was here for four days on a business trip during a very hot Heidelberg weekend in June, 35 degrees Celsius, but the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. It was clean and had a nice view of the river. The staff were very nice, breakfast had a good range of buffet options, and there are plenty of shops nearby.

The breakfast was excellent, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a river view. It was also directly above a very busy road crossing. We paid 277 euros per night, and the bathroom felt relatively small, with no bathtub. There is parking at the hotel, but it doesn’t fit all the guests, and we hadn’t known to reserve a spot in advance for a fee. We ended up using a nearby garage for another 20 euros a day. A nice hotel overall, though a bit overpriced in our opinion.
