The landlord was very kind and helpful, and we could walk everywhere once the car was parked. The apartment is close to the city center, with sightseeing spots, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. We chose to have breakfast at bistros and liked relaxing and recharging at the ice-cream bars and restaurants. This modern, clean apartment hotel is set in an old house. The apartment has high ceilings, lots of room, and a wonderful bed. Booking a garage space is highly recommended because parking spots are hard to find. The garage is very small, so getting the car parked takes patience. After that, we didn’t need the car.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, and some units have access to a patio. It’s on a quiet street within walking distance of the old town. Parking is available, and the washing machines are free to use.

Getting in was easy and stress-free: we completed check-in online beforehand, then collected the apartment and garage keys on-site using numerical codes. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with easy walks to the old town, the Neckar River, and the castle. It was beautifully decorated, high-quality, and practically furnished. We didn’t lack anything, and the kitchen had everything we could need. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed on Römerstrasse, and the name "Second Home" really fits. Booking and communication beforehand were completely straightforward. The location worked perfectly for Heidelberg, and having a reserved underground parking space was world-class. The apartment had everything: a washing machine, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, stereo system, and TV with DVD player. We hardly used any of it, but it was all there. We happened to meet the manager/owner, who was absolutely lovely. We’d book again anytime.

The terrace was wonderfully quiet and surrounded by trees, and the holiday apartment was lovely, with nice furnishings and a very central location. The terrace furniture could do with replacing, and there’s no outdoor lighting. I’d still stay here again.
