Hotel Neues Pastorat

It's a nice place, and I really appreciate how well it's designed for people with physical disabilities. But for the price, I expected more. Some design choices get in the way: the five-foot stainless steel shower drain has such small holes that water ends up on the floor. The toilet flush is hidden so well that good luck finding it. The so-called smart bins didn't open on their own, so you have to pull the lid hard against the actuator. The beds slope on both sides, which is nice, but they're so narrow you'd fall out if you roll over in your sleep. There's no coffee or tea refill, and the small kettle holds just one cup despite two people sharing the room. The air conditioning also wasn't cold enough.

Fresh eggs, scrambled or fried, are made to order at the good breakfast. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, modern and accessible for disabled guests. A nice little hotel in Heiligenhaus.

I stopped in for breakfast and was impressed by the service. The staff made me feel at home, and their approach to quality service was fantastic. Congratulations!

The breakfast was awesome, and the staff were so friendly. Clean, spacious rooms too. Great hotel, thanks!
