Cloud 7

We had a lovely weekend and spent one night in this fantastic apartment. It’s near a main road but was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. The place was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, well looked after, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Shops, fast food, public transport, and the city are all easy to reach. The host was friendly, helpful, cooperative, and always available. Communication and check-in and check-out all went smoothly. Everything was arranged by phone, and the host patiently kept helping until I’d safely reached the room. That kind of care deserves special recognition. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. P. and the Cloud-7 team for the warm hospitality. We’d love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Thanks again!

My mother spent 7 months in a lovely ground-floor holiday apartment at Cloud 7 in Heinsberg. It was nicely furnished and had a bathroom accessible to people with disabilities. Weekly cleaning was very good, and the staff were always available and helpful. The location is convenient, with the city center quick and easy to reach, even in an electric vehicle (wheelchair). Although the street is busy, the traffic isn’t intrusive. We definitely recommend Cloud 7!

We’ve visited Heinsberg many times, but this trip was with our young dog, and I’m absolutely thrilled with Cloud7. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, with several parking spots at the house and a private garage for the room. Best of all, it’s dog-friendly. Cloud7 is easy to reach, even if you don’t know Heinsberg, and it’s very close to the motorway entrance. From my first email inquiry, the communication was friendly and consistently competent. I’ve seen plenty of hotels around Heinsberg, and I’ve found the place I’ll definitely book again and again.

We stayed there with friends from Berlin, and they were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, there was even a garage, and check-in and check-out were easy. We’ll definitely book again if we need to. Keep it up!
