The room and bathroom look beautiful and modern, and the kitchen being less than spotless wasn't a big issue for me. It did get noisy, with people stomping upstairs at night and early in the morning, so I understand why they leave earplugs. The doors are another hassle: both the room entrance and bathroom door need a pretty hard push to close properly.

Getting in with the numerical code worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is really good quality. It's right in the center too.

I liked the modern, functional furnishings and the location, but my four-day stay was rough. The rooms carry a lot of noise, probably because there's no carpet, and the person in room 204 above me was extremely loud. Nights were the worst. The shower was clogged and drained badly, with water leaking into the room. I was left standing in someone else's mess and could only rinse off with a trickle. I reported it by phone right away, but nothing changed during my stay. There are only public broadcasting channels on the TV, so the choice is limited. Worse, when someone else in the building tried to connect their TV through AirPlay on their phone, the TV in my room switched on at night and showed a four-digit code. Since I didn't interact with it, it kept running on its own. This happened repeatedly from midnight until well after 4 a.m. It was spooky and incredibly annoying. The IT department should sort it out as soon as possible. It could be a great place to stay, but I probably won't return. Problems happen, but at a real hotel you can raise one directly and have it fixed straight away.
