I called to check whether dogs were allowed, since Google said they were but booking.com didn’t mention it. The man didn’t understand any German, and when I asked about dogs he answered with an unfriendly “no interest.” That’s no way to win guests.

Quiet and close to the Edeka supermarket, this guesthouse does what it needs to. It was perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

The room was clean, and we were very satisfied with the stay. Parking was quite limited because of construction, but the value for money was excellent.

Getting around was easy from here. It’s near a transport interchange, with straightforward connections to the city centre and the train station.

Affordable accommodation, with a good room and a comfortable bed. The landlord was friendly to deal with.
