After nearly 20 years with Landal and dozens of bookings, I was shocked by how unfair the cancellation policy felt. I cancelled within 48 hours of booking, but they kept the full amount and offered neither a refund nor credit. No service had been provided and no costs incurred. Customer service was cold, indifferent, and unwilling to help. Landal’s business model feels exploitative and unfriendly to customers. I strongly advise avoiding them until they bring back fairness and respect for long-term guests.

We go from time to time because of the indoor play area for children, and our kids are 4 and 6. We like that they limit the number of people, so it doesn’t get crowded. Parents can sit down and see the whole playground, without having to worry all the time about where their child is.

The beds were great, easily worth 5 stars on their own. It’s a decent park, but there isn’t much to do nearby, and every hotspot is about a 90 minute drive. Everything at the park closes at 8, which is awful. Not terrible overall, but the location doesn’t suit people looking to do day trips.

The entertainment ladies were the best, and my son loved every day. It’s a great park for kids, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The houses could use an upgrade.

The park and the surrounding area made our stay nice. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as activities like climbing and campfire marshmallows. They even found catching a mouse in our kitchen exciting. The cottages are cute, but very outdated and not very clean, and there were mice. The beds are very short. If a nice place to stay with a good bed is what you’re after, I’d look elsewhere. For more of a nature camping experience, this could be the right place.
