Glückliche Kuh-Villa

The place was dilapidated and nothing like the online pictures. The garden and outdoor areas had trash and junk, a chair collapsed under us, and nails were sticking out of the walls. The so-called "exclusive garden" was regularly used by the landlord, who kept watching us despite written assurances. Privacy? Forget it. The landlord entered our apartment without warning because of a supposed "thumping" noise. It turned out to be his own outdoor refrigerator, which we were apparently meant to unplug at night, though nobody had told us. We were also unfairly accused of causing water damage. We were almost denied access to the balcony because we wanted to stargaze "too late." A vacation here brought stress, control and chaos instead of relaxation. Absolutely not recommended.

We spent several days at the Happy Cow Villa for a workation, and it was fantastic. The well-equipped kitchen and foosball table worked great for our group, and the place had exactly what we needed for collaborative workshops. Arne can also facilitate team meetings on request. The highlight was the Allgäu-style cheese spaetzle workshop. I’m already looking forward to the next workation!

A large holiday apartment, lovingly and imaginatively furnished, with room for three generations. The landlord was very friendly and had great tips for excursions and restaurants. He also loves cows… haha
