10/10
The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and the property is clearly well cared for despite being an older hotel with no elevator. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are exhibits across the spacious grounds, including a museum commemorating the sad flight of Schlesian refugees from their ancestral homes in Schlesia to Germany near the end of WWII. The hotel is in a historic hof in a small town close to the Rhine River. The restaurant is worth a visit, with great food from a renowned chef and free breakfast. I had an outstanding schnitzel. Highly recommended.

The staff are really friendly, and the menu is interesting. A great Silesian restaurant.

A place for a holiday, but my room didn't have a hot water kettle or even a hair dryer.

10/10
The village-like surroundings and the small, cozy rooms give the place a homely, family feel. Public transport is easy to access, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back for our seminars and conferences. Love this place.

Königswinter is a nice area, and the hotel makes a relaxing setting for conferences and seminars. The service and food were decent. The internet connection could use improvement if the hotel wants to be a better host.
