The location is lovely, which makes the condition of the apartment all the more disappointing. It looks beautiful, but feels run down. The shower has been leaking for some time and the bathroom door is rotting. Cleaning was only superficial, with dog hair still everywhere from the previous tenant. The upholstered furniture was stained and very worn. The landlords were unfriendly and said very little. Such a shame.

There’s an Edeka and a gas station nearby, and parking is right by the house. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very quiet, with breathtaking Alpine views. The landlord was friendly too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the guesthouse.

The garage has room for bikes and racks, and there’s parking in the courtyard. The guesthouse is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, yet the supermarket and nearest hiking trail are close by. We booked apartment 5 at short notice for three of us and were glad we did. It’s spacious and nicely furnished, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, plus a fully automatic coffee machine. Our daughter liked having a big room and a second balcony to herself, and she claimed the guest bathroom too. The beds suited us, and we loved the comfortable sofa and reading chair. It felt like coming home after a day out. The hostess was friendly, showed us how everything worked, and answered all our questions in detail, even while she was doing laundry. We’d happily recommend Guesthouse Bernhard.

We had a lovely time in Ferienwohnung 2 and can recommend Gästehaus Bernhard. The apartment is peaceful, and the large balconies look out over the mountains. Our dog was well suited to the location, and the landlady was very friendly.
