The location was the best part for us. The Schwarzwald is right next to the house, Europapark is very close, and Strasbourg is less than an hour's drive away. We had a great holiday here with our friends in the luxury apartment. The host was very friendly, and the place is well maintained. The showers stood out compared with most rental apartments, and the beds were nice and incredibly soft. We all fit around the large kitchen table for dinner and games, and there was a big TV for movies and music. We'd absolutely recommend booking.

The apartment was in excellent shape, with bright, very clean rooms, and the hosts were really friendly. From here, it was easy to explore the beautiful Black Forest, and Europa-Park was right nearby. There's plenty else to do in the area, too. We'd love to return!

The accommodation itself was great, but the owners were incredibly unfriendly. You need to be prepared for aggressive treatment and a shady cash payment setup with no receipt. Children under 3 are charged the full price, and the cupboards are locked, so you have to live out of your suitcase. There are signs everywhere listing what you're not allowed to do, and you need time to read them all. The shower only had hot water, probably because of the faucet, but it's best not to ask about it. What a shame. We strongly advise against staying here.

We finally found a great place for our large family to get together, since we're scattered around the world. The days were full of activities: some of us cycled and hiked on the water trail, while the adrenaline lovers drove the nearly 20 km to Europa-Park in Rust and had a blast. In the evenings, we relaxed with a barbecue on the lovely terrace and drank a few home-brewed beers from the nearby Dammmühle brewery. Thanks to our hosts, Mr. and Mrs. "Kung" Amonrat and Andreas Sudholt, for making it an unforgettable stay.
