The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the hotel is right in the city centre. We’ll definitely be back.

The wellness area has two saunas and a roof terrace, and there’s also a well-equipped fitness room. A pool or spa would have made it even better. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. It’s centrally located, and arguably the best hotel in Lingen. The underground car park is large, though it can fill up quickly. If you have an EV, the municipal charging stations nearby used to be free, but over the past year they’ve become excessively expensive. Leaving your car there to charge overnight can cost a lot, since they charge parking by the minute, even at night. Be careful.

My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated with all the amenities I needed. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming and attentive, taking care to make my stay go smoothly.

The one real drawback during my work stay earlier this year was how thin the walls were. I could hear a neighbor's music word for word. Otherwise, the hotel felt modern and new, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also had no trouble getting by without speaking German.
