The breakfast was the same every day, and our bed sheets weren't changed during the 21 days. It was a really bad stay.

No one was available at reception between 4:30 pm and 6 pm during my stay, despite the stated hours of 9 am to 6 pm. When it gets below 10 degrees Celsius, staff switch off the heating and open the windows, so the room gets completely cold. It then takes hours to warm back up, and I had to keep my jacket on. The bathrooms were unhygienic, the beds were dirty, and the sheets and mattress protectors were old and full of dust mites. I'm allergic to dust mites.

You have to bring your own shampoo, soap, and slippers, and the sheets aren't changed every day. The hotel is generally clean, though. Bathrooms and toilets are shared by everyone on each floor, and the bathrooms are small. The dining hall serves Turkish food, but there isn't a big selection.
