The check-in hours didn’t line up with the ferry arrival from Finland, so late check-in had to be requested specially. They repeatedly asked us to send credit card details by email. We found the whole process unsafe, unprofessional and unfriendly, so we cancelled and booked somewhere else.

Free parking is available on the property or along the road, and the location works well if you have a car. Booking directly is reasonably cheaper than using a booking site. The beer house is a ten minute walk away, where you should try DAB & wurst with curry.

Great location, but we had no real privacy in the room. There weren’t proper blinds, and the curtain only covered half the window for some reason, so it stayed bright all the time.

The hotel was decent and not expensive, with free parking. The room was acceptably clean, though there was a noticeable cobweb in one corner and quite a bit of dust in some power outlets. All in all, it was okay.

Affordable and nice and clean. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were an okay standard for Germany. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre.
