Getting into the place was easy with the key safe, and parking right outside was handy. FW 1 is a large holiday apartment with plenty of beds. The furnishings feel uncared for, though: the furniture looks old, the layout is haphazard, and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom hooks were broken, the stove was cracked and quite dirty, and the microwave was sticky all over.

We were two people from the Ruhr area here for a work assignment, and we'd happily stay again. The price was fair, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we could park right in front of the building. The apartment was clean and the landlord was nice. Reading some of the negative reviews left me wondering where those people had stayed, for example, there isn't a high step into the shower, is there? Thanks for a pleasant stay. We both recommend it.

We were only there to sleep, since the room wasn't very comfortable. It looked okay at first, but the worn furniture and the shower's very high step made a poor impression. The shelf above the sink was loose and crooked, and the towel hooks were too low, among other things.

Late checkout was no trouble, and breakfast is available. It's a nice, cozy apartment rental, with train and bus stops within 500 meters.

Bed linens and towels were supplied, and the apartment itself is very large and well-furnished. The grounds are quite neglected, though. Inside, the oven and stovetop were very dirty, a bare electrical cable hung above the bathroom sink, and the toilet seat was very wobbly.
