Hotel Dieksee - Collection by Ligula

The pool and jacuzzi are fairly large, and the hotel's location is beautiful. Service was very good, with everyone polite. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and it was clean, which matters most. The room itself was okay, with old furniture that didn't bother us, but the bed was too soft for my wife and me, so we couldn't sleep. The pillows weren't comfortable either.

Coming in late after a long drive from Denmark with my family, the woman who handled our check-in was incredibly kind and took great care of all of us. Her customer service was exceptional. The hotel is a hidden gem right by the lake, with extraordinary service. It's definitely on my list to visit again and again. Fully recommended.

The view from our first floor room, no. 1, across the lake was wonderful, and we had our own balcony. The room was spacious, spotless, well presented, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is clean, picturesque against the lake, and has some great features. Some rooms are being renovated, which should improve it further. The indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were superb, all overlooking the lake and close to our room. There's also a very nice restaurant on site. Book a table in advance and ask for one by the lake. We came for my wife's birthday because the hotel and setting looked perfect for celebrating together. Reception welcomed us warmly and helped with all our questions. The staff gave great service. The location is perfect, right by the lake, a two minute walk from a local restaurant and five minutes from town, with its park, shops, restaurants, and bars. There is hotel parking, though spaces are limited. There is also parking directly outside, which was very cheap, but that lot has limited spaces too. For the location, amenities, and friendly staff, it was excellent value. I'd recommend booking a lake view room, as the few extra euros are worth it. We enjoyed it enough to book another stay in August. This time we've booked two lake view rooms to surprise my mother and father 🤫. Thanks for a wonderful stay. See you soon 🤗

Dinner service seemed a little reluctant since we arrived just 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. Apart from that, it's a great hotel in a charming little village. The rooms are superb, the restaurant view is breathtaking, and the staff were friendly enough.
