Werrapark Hotel Heubacher Höhe

The forest around the hotel is so cut down and diseased that my son said it looked like a cemetery of nature. I don’t know what’s causing it, but it wasn’t what we hoped to see, and I sincerely hope the forest can recover. The hotel’s location is otherwise fine. There are useful family facilities on the ground floor, including table football, a pool table, and a playroom for younger children, plus a pool suitable for families. The fitness center can be used outside its stated hours, too. Food choices aren’t extensive, but the food is decent and staff keep replenishing it. Still, the hotel needs renovation. The furniture is old and unnecessarily bulky in already small rooms, there’s an unpleasant smell on the staircase, and the toilet hygiene could be better, especially in the shower cabin. The pillows were terrible, and the extra bed was unusable because the child could feel every spring in the mattress. The parking lot has no lighting in the evening and turns muddy in rain. On top of the booking price, we paid a tax of 6€ per day and 16 € for 2 juices and 1 beer, while the menu prices were much lower.

We recently stayed at Werrapark with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. Everything was super clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area! ❤️

The view was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful.

I liked the value for the price, and the service was excellent.
