There was a constant sewage smell where we sat outside, which isn't appetizing when you're trying to eat. The tables were dirty, with tea marks left by previous customers. The service was disgraceful. Our waitress was extremely rude and spoke to us in an unacceptable way. Several times we tried to ask for the bill and she ignored us, then turned her attention to someone who had already paid and only wanted a photo. The drinks were poorly made and far too expensive for what we got. The tea was old and stale, and the hot chocolates were instant powder made with water. It all came to 17.50 euros, which is ridiculous. When we asked for a refund for the tea, she said refunds were impossible. She treated us like dirt, and it was disgraceful to receive service like that.

I had a very bad experience at the cafe with a male server who was really unfriendly. When he asked, "What would you like?" I wasn't sure he meant me, since another woman had arrived before me and was looking but hadn't ordered. I didn't answer right away. He then turned his back on me for two minutes and asked, "Well?" while still facing away. In the end, he refused to sell me any cake, saying it wasn't for takeaway. It couldn't have gone much worse.
