My room was noisy and dirty. There was nothing to cook with, and no kettle, even though one was listed. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re a student.

The rooms are spacious and basic, but the shared bathrooms aren’t very clean.

Good connections and location, and it was very clean. Communication was good and the price decent, but the internet was really, really poor.

A comfortable stay.

I stayed in one of these rooms for five months. The owner and concierge are friendly, and the shared bathroom was clean. Mine was used by just one or two other people. For this price, it’s the best accommodation I’ve found in Munich. Tram 19 is very close to the residence. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn take about five minutes to reach by bike or scooter.
