Everything in the kitchen was clean, and the room had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and fresh towels. There was a little dust around, but the double room was otherwise pretty clean and warm. The beds were only just comfortable enough for the price. I’d recommend it for a night, though for a longer stay I’d look for somewhere more comfortable.

The room was spacious, and having a kitchen was handy. Check-in through the machine was easy to work out. Our balcony opened onto an outside staircase leading down to the street, though, so someone could get up there in the middle of the night if they wanted. Street parking wasn’t great either.

The customer service was friendly, but I still wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room was tiny, with hardly any space, and noise from both the street and other guests was constant. The setup also felt strange for a hotel: you have to put your room key into a white box by the door and turn it to get electricity, then leave it there or go without power. The area felt very sketchy. Despite all that, we did stay the full night.

The room and furniture were new, which is the only reason I’d give this place one star. There’s no air conditioning, and in summer the apartment turned into an oven during the day. We stayed for a week and got no cleaning or fresh towels, even though I arranged cleaning with reception twice in advance. They ignored both requests. Reception is only open from 11:30 to 16:00, with no 24-hour service. We arrived late and had to use the check-in machine; if anything had gone wrong, we’d have been stuck. Seriously overrated and overpriced, with very poor value for money.
