Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the sauna was great. I had two stays here, with a two-day trip elsewhere in between, and they agreed to keep my luggage at reception while I was away. The first room was nicer than the second. It’s a handy hotel for longer visits, with a safe and a well-equipped kitchenette in each room, though the kitchen is tiny, so don’t expect to do much cooking. The basement washers and dryers are easy to use through an app, but you pay for each wash. The hotel is near the Baldeplatz stop for the City Ring bus and about a 15-minute walk from Goetheplatz U-Bahn, which matters since the U-Bahn is Munich’s fastest and most reliable transport.

For such a good price, the room at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth felt pretty luxurious. It had a kitchen with supplies, a sitting area, and a nice bathroom, and everything seemed up to date. It was a little hot at first, but opening the windows, turning on the air conditioning, and using the fan supplied by the hotel made the temperature comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.

Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth has a charming, slightly vintage design that gives it a warm, welcoming feel. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location near the Isar River was great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I really like this hotel. The business apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. A few maintenance things need attention, though: the lights over the bed and in the kitchen didn't work, two wardrobe shelves were broken, and there were issues with the heating. I was also surprised that breakfast had gone from 12 euros in 2023 to 24 euros now. I doubt inflation in Germany reached 100% in two years.
