Munich Marriott Hotel City West

The first-floor bar and restaurant service was slow and inattentive, although the food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast, on the other hand, was extensive and had something for everyone. I've stayed at many Marriott properties around the world, and this fairly new hotel feels more luxurious and upscale than many European and US locations. The rooms are modern and clean, and there's a spacious executive lounge on the top floor with plenty of seating. On-site garage parking costs EUR 35 per day. It's outside the city center, but trams to town stop right at the front door and cost EUR 4 per person. Thanks for a great stay!

The lounge and gym are top-notch, and Elite members pay 12 for breakfast instead of 34. At last, a hotel that seems to value loyalty again. I'm a loyal Marriott member and usually choose Marriott brands in Munich. I tried the new Marriott this time and was very impressed, especially by Joao, whose great service made the stay excellent. Can't wait to come back!

We had a hassle-free stay both times, and as a Gold Marriott member I was offered a complimentary upgrade option on each visit. The staff checked that we were happy with our rooms. It's a convenient location, though a bit far from the old town: about a 40-minute walk or a quick tram ride. The main station is roughly a 20-minute walk away. It's a comfortable option in Munich, with a very new feel, large rooms, and good facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can recommend it.

We had a fantastic breakfast, with plenty of fresh choices, a well-organized buffet, and excellent coffee. Service around the hotel was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the high Marriott standard was clear. The Munich Marriott Hotel City West is modern, stylish, and well cared for. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. We had an excellent stay from beginning to end and will definitely return.
