The rooms are dated, but everything was clean and looked after. The bed linen was spotless, which matters most to me, and the manager was kind, professional, and ready to help, even though I didn't catch her name. It's a modest little hotel with great value for money. If you need luxury or modern rooms, it may not suit you. For a friendly, clean, straightforward stay, I'd recommend it.

We found it a calm, safe place for a family or friends travelling with kids, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. Even the bathrooms have heaters. Riem railway station is about a 350-metre walk; from there, the S-Bahn gets you to Munich central station in around 15 minutes, and there's also a bus. Good value for money.

The staff were outstanding, doing what they could to help with reasonable requests. The missing WiFi was the dealbreaker for me. My room had none, and I don't think the hotel had WiFi at all. The shower also had no soap holder, which was a bit odd. I stayed while attending an international fair at Messe München. I'd recommend the place once the WiFi issue is fixed, but I wouldn't return until then.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and everyone was really nice. Such warm hospitality, and a lovely hotel for the price.

A comfortable, clean and modern family hotel, with really friendly staff and very good value. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of quality choices. The local train station is about a five-minute walk, and the exhibition and conference centre and business park are close too. There's an airport shuttle for a small fee, plus two restaurants, a takeaway and a convenience shop nearby. Highly recommended.
