The staff were kind and professional, apart from the owner or manager. His conduct was disgraceful: arrogant, dismissive, and unwilling to help with even simple problems. Whenever we raised an issue with the room, he told us to “go stay somewhere else” if we didn’t like it. He also made insulting, xenophobic remarks, saying we weren’t welcome and should “go back to the desert we came from.” He mocked us by suggesting we book a more expensive hotel “since we can afford it.” The hostility and lack of professionalism made the whole stay deeply unpleasant. It was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I will never return under any circumstances.

The hotel is okay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of strip clubs or exotic dance clubs in the area, so I wouldn’t recommend being alone there at night if you’re a woman traveling solo.

The room was small, though fine for a short stay. I was there one night, Friday to Saturday, and wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or solo travelers. The area felt unsafe and unusual, and I don’t understand the high ratings. There’s a strip club practically next door around the corner, bringing noise and an uncomfortable feel. People hanging around made the surroundings intimidating, particularly at night, and people were arguing late so I couldn’t even sleep.

There are better hotels on calmer streets in the same area. This place is beside a very busy road, noisy around the clock, and you can hear it in the room. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

The staff were very kind, and the hotel itself feels new and is well furnished. Its location has a downside, though. It’s convenient to be about a 10-minute walk from the main train station, but the surroundings are messy and somewhat dirty, and made me feel unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend it to women traveling alone.
