The reception team made getting around Munich easy with helpful local suggestions, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. My room was spacious, modern and spotless, and I found the stay very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, too. I had a really good experience and would recommend it for the service, location and welcoming feel.

It’s a slightly old hotel, but the staff are incredible and help with whatever you need.

The staff were nice, and breakfast was really good. The room felt a little dated but was comfortable, with everything I needed, including a fridge. Most major tourist spots are within walking distance. We were on the street side, and it was very loud even with the windows shut. Two restaurants nearby stay open until around 3 or 4 am. I can’t say what it’s like on the other side.

We stayed three nights, and the hotel’s location worked really well for the city center and train station, with lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide selection, and every staff member we met was very friendly. We hadn’t realized the Oktoberfest parade passes right by the hotel, which was awesome. The rooms were fine, though they do feel a bit old. Some nearby streets seemed a little odd, with lots of betting shops and homeless people, but that’s something you can find in any big city. I’d highly recommend the hotel.
