It was peaceful and relaxing to be away from the city, which suited us on slower days. The staff were kind and pleasant, and our room was quiet and comfortable. My partner and I spent three nights here while exploring Munich. The shower pressure was okay, but the water drained slowly. Maybe it was clogged or old, I’m not sure. Getting into town took a bus and train and about 30 minutes each day. That wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t make for an easy trip in. There’s another Premier Inn in Munich’s actual city centre that I’d recommend booking instead. A couple of times, some people on the bus made me uncomfortable, and as an adult I wouldn’t describe those experiences as child friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the buffet breakfast. It was sparse, with hardly any options, and compared poorly with other Premier Inn breakfasts I’ve had. I’d rather grab a pastry or pretzel in the city centre.

The bed was big and comfortable, and the room had plenty of space, though there wasn’t much in it. The building felt old-fashioned, and the bathroom was quite old and dirty. The room felt strange and creepy. Breakfast was good and had lots of European breakfast choices. The staff didn't make us feel welcome or at ease, and it seemed like they didn't really want to help. The area was quiet, but very isolated and far from everything, especially the city centre.

It's a standard hotel with good services. But when large trade fairs like EXPO REAL are on, the price can be up to five times the usual rate. That doesn’t match the hotel’s level, services, equipment, or location at all.

It felt like a Premier Inn in the UK, so you know what to expect. The staff were very helpful with information about the local area. The main drawback was getting to the centre or anywhere else: it took a bus and then a train. The place also seems to be used as a conference centre as much as anything else. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.
