For that price range, I think this is a decent hotel. The rooms are good, though not the best buy, and the furniture is fairly modern and newish. The breakfast area is solid, with lots of different things and decent quality. There’s also a nicely equipped kitchen for anyone who wants to cook, and the bar is good. Marienplatz is fairly close, about a 15 to 20 minute tram ride. I don’t understand the negative comments here. All in all, a good hotel for the price.

The staff were welcoming, available 24/7 and helpful with every request, and for the price we paid the stay was worth it. The room itself was decent, but it wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was no air conditioning, only ventilation, and at times the room felt a bit cold.

The room was great and quiet, and I generally enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed with the lunch packs, though. I changed our breakfast booking to them and didn’t get a refund. For the price, the bags only having water, an apple, and toast with one slice of cheese felt pretty poor.

The Olympic park is just a couple of minutes away for a walk, and public transport makes it easy to reach the center. We had a comfortable family room, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Breakfast and parking are both well worth it.

The location was a real highlight, right by a tram stop and close to the Olympic Park, with a supermarket nearby. The staff were very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked, which did a lot to improve our impression. We stayed seven days as a family, and the affordable price, newer rooms, and space for six made it a good fit overall. There were some problems during the stay. The room had no safe or fridge, and some of our clearly labeled things were taken from the shared kitchen refrigerator. Housekeeping didn’t happen automatically, so we had to request it at reception. I also had to ask several times for clean shower towels, which arrived only after four days, and sometimes the cleaning wasn’t up to standard. The room felt a little cold. I explained that we had a child with us and asked about turning up the heat, but was told the automatic heating couldn’t be adjusted. The pillows were very poor, though the blankets were acceptable. Even with those issues, I’d call it a very good family hotel. Thanks to the team. Best regards, Mahmoud
