Everything was great, and the room was lovely and clean. I was in Munich for Oktoberfest, and the location was convenient, with a bus stop close to the hotel.

The area was really quiet, and breakfast was great. The rooms are basic but very clean, and the woman at reception was friendly and helpful. We stayed one night on a business trip at Hotel Heigl and had a great time. I'd come back when I'm in Munich again.

The walk from the train station is pleasant and seemed shorter than the 0.9 miles, about a mile in all. It looks like there's a bus along the way, but I didn't take it. This is a clean, nice little hotel. Rooms are small by American standards, though about what I've seen elsewhere in Europe. Breakfast costs extra but is good. I plan to stay again when I'm in Munich.

I got help with all sorts of things, including printing and scanning, posting a letter, and finding places. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. It's a very quiet area and I had a great stay. Don't miss breakfast. There's no restaurant, but otherwise it's great value for money.

I booked just a few days before visiting Oktoberfest and starting my first holiday in Germany. The hotel is small and very clean, in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, with a little grocery shop and a restaurant around the corner and bus stops nearby. Breakfast costs 9 euros and was delicious, a great way to start the day. The free WiFi worked well, too. Staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and will come back when I'm in Munich.
