The restaurant team were especially friendly and gave excellent service, and staff in general were welcoming. The room had a broken hand soap dispenser, leaving no usable soap, and the shower water was cold, which was very disappointing. The air conditioning ran too warm and couldn’t be adjusted properly. I also thought charging for drinking water was unnecessary.

For work, the location worked especially well, with many tech company offices nearby and meetings easier to manage. The service stood out: staff even kept the sauna open past its usual hours when I asked. Breakfast was satisfying and dependable, and the minibar was included at no charge. Both check-in and checkout were smooth and quick. I’d strongly recommend the hotel to professionals working in the area.

The room was freezing when I arrived because the window was broken and left open. There was no hot water either, and the heating didn’t work. After I called reception, someone fixed the blinds and window about 20 minutes later, but couldn’t sort out the water or heating and said a colleague would come. Another 20 minutes passed with nobody arriving, so I went back to reception. They moved me to a loft suite in another part of the building. It was roomy and had hot water, but still no working heat. The ventilator couldn’t be turned off and blew cool air noisily all night. The TVs didn’t work, and there was no hand soap. Other reviews make the water and heating sound like ongoing problems. At first there was nobody at reception. I tried checking in online through the QR code, completed the steps, and only then learned I had to get the key at reception. I waited 10 minutes for someone to appear. This didn’t feel like a four star stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else nearby.

Spacious, comfortable room, quick and stable free WiFi, and a delicious breakfast. The service was good all around, and the staff were kind and friendly. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, especially given the value for money. Generous is the word that comes to mind for what the hotel offers.
