Street parking was free, which was great, and the laundry was easy to use. We had a really enjoyable two-night stay in a generously sized room, with a smooth, painless check-in and checkout. There isn't an elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags up one floor. With no AC, we left the windows open at night and needed earplugs because of the traffic. I'd recommend staying here.

Our second-floor room was lovely, clean, and well equipped, and we stayed five nights in early August. The quiet neighborhood was just what we wanted, with supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops close by, plus a sweet little stream on the street. We had a baby stroller, so a ground-floor storage room would have been handy since there's no elevator. Towels and garbage are changed on request, but waiting three days between changes felt a bit long.

The new hotel is thoughtfully designed and in a great spot in Munich, especially for getting to the exhibition center and connecting with public transport. I tried it out for clients visiting from abroad on business who want a regular base in the future. The bookings we made for several upcoming dates all went smoothly. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Getting around is easy, with public transport, bakeries, restaurants, and a bank all less than three minutes away on foot. The rooms are lovely and well heated, which mattered in autumn, and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Parking was available for €10 a day. Good value for the money.
