The price feels fair for the quality, and the location is good. The rooms were acceptable, though the parking situation wasn't clearly explained. We were told on booking that parking was free, then found out on arrival that the second space would cost 10€ per night. Also, the owner often parks behind guests' cars, so you have to wait for him to move his before you can leave.

There were seven of us, and the place worked out amazingly well for a Munich vacation. Everyone had a bed, and having two WCs was handy. We all had a wonderful sleepover there.

We got there at 11 pm and found no lobby, with nobody in the office. The parking is narrow, and if you make a mistake, it can cost you two or three times as much.

The staff were so polite and friendly, and I really liked meeting the owner. Somehow it felt like I'd known him for a long time. Big respect and love for both the staff and the owner. A really nice place to stay.

It's clean and spacious, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The location is nice too. There is some noise at times because the place sits on a busy road, but keeping the windows closed made it fine for us. Definitely recommend.
