The Wi-Fi is a joke. Staying there felt like going back to when the internet was a luxury. The rooms were so-so, neither bad nor good, and there's no AC. My bedsheets were full of carpet fluff, and the bathroom was outdated. Cleaners won't come into the room unless you hang a “please clean up the room” sign outside the door, which is the opposite of what happens elsewhere. Breakfast? Hahahaha. I won't get into the receptionist's mood... But I don't want to hear German tourists complain about services and prices in South Europe again.

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is excellent. If you're going to Oktoberfest, it's a perfect place since it's so close. I didn't give five stars because of the bedroom: we were on the first floor facing the main street, and there was no AC. We had to keep the window open, so the street noise was really annoying.

Breakfast was really good. There wasn't much variety, but it was hearty and delicious. My partner and I are falling for pretzels. Getting around was easy, with trams, buses, and trains nearby, and about a 10-minute walk to the center. The room was nicely decorated and very spacious, with a large bathroom, tub, bed, terrace, and an empty mini-bar. We were disappointed there was no air conditioner, just a small table fan for relief from the heat. The outside of the hotel is a plain white building with no character, and the lift is very outdated, which can put you off. The hotel was decent for the price and quality. One receptionist was a bit rude at the start, though the other staff were kind and helpful.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. Good value for the money, and the sausages at breakfast were delicious. The retro details, like the floor doors and elevator, were actually nice. There's a modern TV with apps and a pleasant city view from the window. The Wi-Fi was slow, so internet-based apps on the TV wouldn't work. Breakfast could have had a little more variety.

I really appreciated that the manager handling my booking noted my request for a good view and found the best view available in the building. The location is great, and the staff were quite nice. I stayed seven nights, and there were no further issues after the first day. That first day, though, I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door and was almost undressed to shower when a service worker knocked and started opening the door with his keys. The fan in my room didn't work, but they replaced it without a problem. Breakfast was very scanty, and the shower head was half-broken.
