We booked a Zimmer der Magd, which was small but cozy, clean, and nicely prepared. I especially liked the soaps, and the view from the room was spectacular. Self check-in was simple. Breakfast was really good, with fruit, carbs, vegetables, protein, and scrambled eggs we loved so much. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it again: good food, a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and playful seasonal wine pairings that made the meal special. Andrea was so kind and helpful. This has become one of our favorite hotels. We got back about a week ago and still miss our time there. Thank you so much :)

The view is amazing, and the town is neat and well worth visiting. You can stay at the hotel too. We found the staff friendly and the atmosphere nice. If you like generous portions, fair prices, and authentic German food, give this place a try. The traditional dishes are tasty.

The room was much too warm for us, with no air conditioning and windows that only opened about three inches. The breakfast tasted good, but the spread was smaller than we'd expected for the hotel's price. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, the city view was wonderful, dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the owners were very nice. We had a good experience, though if we ever came back, we'd probably choose another hotel.

We arrived at 11 P.M and were made to feel extremely welcome. We chose wine on our first night, and both the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and classic with a modern touch, and we had a lovely view. The hotel and food both felt warm and inviting. The restaurant offers a lovely Pfalz experience, with local, carefully selected food.

The kitchen sent out a little starter of fresh bread with a couple of their special sauces, and the main course and dessert were great too. The girl serving us was very friendly, and we enjoyed dinner with an astonishing view across the valley. We came across "Zum Burggraf" while deciding where to eat, and were so glad we stopped at this quaint little place.
