Arthotel ANA Flair

The restaurant is really good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the whole place is well maintained. The bar, lobby, and dining room have a nice historic feel. In my single room, though, everything seemed dated and the bed was very small. The shower pressure could strip paint off a car. Still, a nice place to stay all things considered.

I woke up at 2 a.m. to find at least five bedbugs biting me. I called the property, but management is in Augsburg, about 40 minutes away, and said I had to wait for hotel staff to arrive around 6 a.m. I just wanted my luggage sanitized so I could get as far away as possible. There was no hotel staff around, the Wi-Fi was awful, and the TV only worked for a few hours a day. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place.

It might be a great place to stay, just not in the hot summer. There was no air conditioning or fan, it got pretty hot, and cars kept rushing by.

The staff were very friendly, and at around €60 the room price seemed fair. But the rooms are really old and badly need renovation. The art is only displayed around reception, not in the rooms. Even after we specifically asked for a quiet room, we were given one facing the main road. Breakfast was average. We came down around 9:15, when most things were gone, and there wasn't going to be a refill since we were the last ones.
