I was here for four nights on a work trip. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly, always saying hello as guests walked past the front desk. The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from the old town. I had a great stay.

Being told the hotel was pet-friendly gave me the wrong impression. Pets are allowed, but I couldn't have breakfast in the same room as my dog, which really limits what that means. They should explain this more clearly beforehand. The room also had a constant smell of smoke from the moment I arrived, and that made it unpleasant to stay in. The bathroom fan was very loud and ran all the time, with no way to switch it off. It was especially disturbing at night. The stay was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations.

Getting to the spa was a bit of a hassle, with a long walk from the changing room, and the lockers only work if you have coins. Still, the pool is warm and the spa area is nice. The hotel itself was pleasant too, and breakfast was good.

The rooms are larger than you usually get around here. I just wish the beds were a little softer.

Getting around on foot from the hotel to the center was easy, and there’s convenient underground parking too. The staff were all very polite. I found the rooms incredibly clean and fresh, and the foyer has a lovely lounge and seating area. Breakfast had a very good choice of dishes. There’s a spa as well, though we didn’t have time to visit it. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
