East Five Hotel Frankfurt Offenbach

The facilities, including the bath and shower, were great, and I liked that most of them seemed new. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff were very kind. On Google Maps the walk from the S Bahn station was listed as 19 minutes, but it took around 13-15 minutes at most. For the price, it was amazing value overall.

We drove there easily from the Autobahn and had free parking at the hotel. Getting to the main area of Frankfurt am Main by tram is an option, or you can take a pleasant 40-45 minute walk along the river. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay.

The quiet, clean room and convenient location worked well for both business and leisure. I also thought the food was great, and the restaurant team were warm, attentive and professional each day. The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly. They made check-in and checkout easy and made me feel welcome throughout. My stay at East Five Hotel was excellent from start to finish. I’d like to thank CEO Mr EMRE as well, since his leadership clearly shows in the hotel’s hospitality and service. I’d happily stay at East Five Hotel again on a future visit to Frankfurt, and recommend it.

The staff were so eager to help, and the owner was especially welcoming. When we needed assistance, he helped us a great deal. The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty, too. East Five Hotel is brand new, with spacious, modern rooms. I’ve never been treated this well in all my travels, and I’m grateful for everything. For Offenbach, I’d recommend it wholeheartedly for its price and service. I’ll always return when I visit. Thank you, and I hope East Five Hotel does well and prospers!
