We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. The rooms were spotless and had plenty of space to relax, and we were able to check in almost 3 hours early, which was fantastic after traveling since 2am. Staff gave us the warmest welcome and were amazing throughout. Jackie and Jovana deserve a special mention. They always greeted us with a smile, never made anything feel like too much trouble, and worked tirelessly while making us feel part of their extended family.

Jacky behind the bar at Leonardo Hotel Offenbach made our evening. She was warm, upbeat, and clearly loved her job. She took great care of us with fantastic drinks and kindness, and even kept the bar open late to make sure we were looked after. We were really happy with the service and atmosphere. Thanks for such a lovely night, and we’d highly recommend this place for a great bar experience!

Jackie, Alex, and Jovana made a real difference during my great stay at Leonardo Hotel Offenbach Frankfurt. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful the whole time. Their attitude took an already very good hotel stay to another level. Highly recommended.

I needed a last-minute room nearby, and after checking the other hotels, Leonardo Hotel was the only one that had everything I wanted: a clean, spacious room, parking, breakfast, an on-site restaurant, and a gym. The rate was very affordable, and the kind staff even upgraded my room for free!

Jacky made our last evening at the bar really nice. She’s super kind and open, what a lovely person! Highly recommended. The beds were much too soft and uncomfortable, and the temperature problems need fixing. If those things improve, this hotel could be the best place to stay in this price range. Good luck with the changes, and I hope they’re positive by next time. I also hope to see Jacky again ^.^
