Villa Malepartus - Wohnung 03

We loved being so close to everything: the pier was only a three-minute walk away, with a lovely park in the other direction, and we had breakfast at nearby bakeries. Check-in and key handover went smoothly, and we were allowed to arrive early. On departure day, we could leave the car in the villa's parking lot too. Our penthouse apartment at Villa Malepartus was spacious, very cozy, and spotlessly clean, with room for four. The stairs made for a little daily workout 😁. We'd be happy to come back!

The beach chair provided on Binz beach was fantastic. The beach is close by, and the promenade with its bakeries, restaurants, and shops is just around the corner. We stayed in the Kormoran apartment, which was comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and very quiet, with no street noise. A lovely holiday apartment.

Getting to the beach, restaurants, and cafés from the Seeadler apartment was quick and easy, and the location is fantastic. The apartment itself has charming decor and is well equipped for a pleasant stay. The only drawback is the small parking area. Depending on your car's size, finding a space might be difficult when the apartments are full. The building is quite noisy too, and I imagine it could get rather loud if every apartment is occupied.

Just around the corner from the pedestrian zone and pier, this house has a very central location. It's well equipped, though there could be more dishes. There's one parking spot per apartment behind the house, but the spaces are very tight. Still, I'd recommend it.
