We got a room for $106, breakfast included, after I called in the morning to ask about availability. We’re cycling around Europe for two months and usually camp, so we’re carrying plenty of gear. The room was lovely and very clean, with a balcony, table and two chairs. The hotel is an extremely good value, and there’s a restaurant next door. The hotel was built in 1757. Ana took my call, and when we arrived they’d even set up a ramp so we could bring our bicycles inside. Bianca and Claudia were fantastic at check-in, sharing what was happening in the community and taking time for a chat. They also found us space for our bikes and gear. Great service!

For a modest hotel, this is a very good option. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were just as nice as other reviews say, and there was a good indoor place to store our bicycles. We stayed one night while cycling down the Mosel, having ridden there from Metz. I can only give four or five stars, so I’m giving five to help bring its 4.2 average up. I think it deserves more.
